Good Bee Films

Good Bee Films is a  collaborative group of filmmakers who have been working together for over a decade.  Our goal is to create innovative films/television series/documentaries  which will entertain, inspire and continue to uplift humanity–or at least make them laugh.

We also support new artists and have been mentoring , taking on new submissions for ideas we find have potential and needing professional guidance and financial help.

MEET THE TEAM:

Yadhira Arroyo

Writer/Director/Producer/Actor/ D.P.

Yaddy was born with comic timing that she adds to all the sets she works on; moreover, if you want a production done right you work with a person who knows how to get things together!   As a conductor synchronizes sound Yaddy, constructs the perfect harmony of film makers.

Michael Hickey

Director/Writer/ Producer/  Actor / D.P. / Editor …

A graduate from Flash Point Academy in the study of Cinema/Film;  Michael is producing numerous independent films currently and Goodbeefilms has been lucky to start a relationship creating with Michael this past year.  Michael is Film Maker who understands every facet of film from sound to light.

Carrie Graham

Director/Writer/ Producer/ Actor / D.P. / Editor….

Carrie is a veteran actor who trained and taught at Piven Theater;  moreover, she has a degree in film from Flash Point Academy.   Her expertise in human emotion shines when she works with her actors.  She has her own production company and works with Goodbeefilms when she is available to help.

Ted Mercedes

Sound / Lighting Engineer/ Writer

Ted has worked on numerous Goodbeefilm projects.  His background as a DJ lends him a fine tuned ear to perfect tuned sounds;  he also lends a hand in mixing sounds in post production work.  When we need the perfect lighting and just can’t get the right color we call in Lance and he splashes the perfect lighting around the set.  Ted also has a background in comedy and enjoys editing and writing when he has the time.

Rachel Moore

Sound Engineer/ Boom Operator/ Writer / Actor / Talet Dept. 

Rachel's  ear is as fine as they come!  She moves the boom like a dancer--because she was a formally trianed dancer / martial artist.  When she isn't helping us with sound she is making time to create new films.  Rachel has helped find new talent and works in our submission division to go through writers ideas.  She tries to take the time to give feedback on all submissions and her goal is always to help others succeed.  Not only does she have great ears for sound , but , her eye for talent is also a key to her success and our own!

Josh Romero

Director/Writer/Producer/Actor/ Cinematographer/ Editor

Josh is a film maker who produces with Megasaur Media and had collaborated with multiple Good Bee Films.  Currently he has acted and directed with Good Bee Films.  The last collaboration Josh was a part of was, Forked.  Josh is a professor as well as a Film maker and he has always been an asset on any set!  He also works his magic in post production!

Agnieszka Holland

Director/ Writer/ Actor/ Producer

Agnieszka has been an up and coming writer film maker.  Her last film Our House won awards for Best Original Screenplay.  She works internationally traveling the world to find the best places to create her films.  We cannot wait to see what else she works on.   Her creativity inspires us all and any project she is on will only be better because she adds her touch.

Joseph Pittro

Director/Writer/Producer/Actor/ Editor/  Cinematographer/ Talet dept....

Joe is patient film maker.  He came from a time where you had to wait days to render video;  he came from a time when it was faster to cut film or edit video to video.  His training shooting on film at Columbia College and years of experience as an actor/director cannot sum up the ability Joe has as a film maker.  He is a dedicated writer and continues to publish and produce.  We cannot wait to see what he does next.   Currently, he is working on a new show and has always helped us bring in new talent both for cast and crew members.  He as well as all our staff have been valuable to keep growing and making us better!

Patrice Driver

Actor/Producer/Writer/Director/ Editor…

Patrice is a professional actor who also masters the art of being a film maker.  She cares about the craft of creating a great, enjoyable product.  When we are lucky we get to work with her when she isn’t :filming in California, N.Y.,  teaching or working on her own productions.  Patrice has an MFA from New York Film Academy;  she works with another production company, Luxe Films;  her discipline as a person and dedication as a film maker allow her to be a asset to any production company.

Bharathwaj Vijayakumar
Producer/ Writer/ Director…

Bharathwaj (Vijay) has a passion for film that shows on every set he’s on. He loves writing and bringing his ideas to life; moreover, he is a great collaborator who allows the cast and crew to add even greater depth to his ideas! Vijay is great to have on any set to help add new ideas that make the film richer.

Erdem Ertal 

Director/ Writer/ Cinematographer/ Steadicam Operator...

Erdem not only has a masterful eye for the perfect visual shot he is also one of the best Steadicam Operators, in demand , in the U.S & intertantionally!   We rely on Erdem's input for new ideas as a Writer/Director;  he is a great collaborator that can only add to others ideas.   To have Erdem on set makes any idea we make even better!
